CadeFit was started in 2013 by Brian Cade who had a vision to transform his community by teaching people how to tap into their inner strength by first mastering their physical strength.
After years of hustling and grinding, Brian Cade and his team have transformed his vision into a reality, creating a fitness and self development center where people from all walks of life are able to join together and receive the guidance and training they need to achieve their goals, no matter how big or small.

Hello! I’m Brian and I’m passionate about helping people realize their potential in and outside of the gym. My purpose is to empower people with the tools and strategies they need to live their best life. My passion for building confidence through personal growth is rooted in my past personal experiences with living insecure and uncertain about myself and my future. Even though I have come a long way since then, I still continue to train my body and my mind to grow into more than I initially thought possible.
My name is Jessica and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Health and Fitness has always played a huge role in my life and it is something that I have always been very passionate about. I believe that everybody has the potential to reach their fitness goals and I look forward to being a coach, motivator and support system to all of my clients.
